Your Prescription service agreement will specify the months of exterior services to sustain the protective barrier around the home. Regular services will focus on the exterior of the home repeating the same steps that where done on the initial service. Once again this means that your technician will walk the property and treat any ant mounds, sweep the eves and doorways around the home, and power spray the perimeter again to keep the protective barrier from breaking down.

Prescription will call the day before the service to remind you that we will be coming out. If you are seeing something that needs to be addressed your can tell your technician when he does the service or you can call the office and schedule a time that will work with your schedule.

Prescription prides themselves on having the best warranty in the business. This means that if at anytime you are seeing activity on your property to immediately notify Prescription so we can take care of the problem the first time that you call. Prescription does not charge for in-between service visits. Please remember, it is common to still see bugs for 5 to 7 days after the service.
